The deadline is not fixed and depends on the type of service, the load of the supplier, site limitations and other external factors.
Replenishment of balance and payment of orders are carried out cashlessly through available payment methods, including YooKassa.
Returns and claims are considered according to the rules of the public offer. The decision is made after checking the order parameters, logs and execution statuses.
If suspicious payments, multiple disputes or attempts of fraud are detected, the service has the right to suspend operations and restrict access to the account until the circumstances are clarified.
The user can send an appeal through the support section in the personal account or to the official email service.
When applying for an order, the user is obliged to indicate the order number, a description of the problem and relevant data for verification.
The Service has the right to set limits on the frequency of requests and request additional information on disputable situations.
The Service is not responsible for the consequences arising from incorrect data transmitted by the user when placing an order.
The Service is not responsible for the actions and restrictions of third-party platforms (social networks, instant messengers, video hosting), including blocking and algorithm changes.
For violation of the rules, the administration has the right to apply measures: warning, cancellation of the order, restriction of certain functions, temporary or permanent blocking of the account.
In everything that is not regulated by these rules, the parties are guided by the public offer and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
If a particular provision of the rules is invalidated, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
