Conditions of use

The terms of use govern access to the functionality of SMMFlash, the procedure for working with the account and the general rules for providing the service.

1. Предмет условий

SMMFlash provides the user with access to the service directory, personal account, checkout, transaction history and support.

The platform is a technical tool for ordering digital services and does not guarantee the achievement of a specific commercial or reputational result by the user.

2. Регистрация и доступ к сервису

Email registration and confirmation are required to use the basic functions.
The user is obliged to provide reliable data and maintain their relevance.
The Service has the right to restrict access in case of violation of conditions, suspicion of fraud or the need for verification.
The Service has the right to conduct scheduled and unscheduled technical work that affects the temporary availability of functions.

3. Права пользователя

Access the current list of services and their parameters.
Place orders in accordance with established restrictions and limits.
Receive information about order status and transaction history.
Contact in support of the service, payments and orders.
Request a refund in the manner and under the conditions established by the public offer.

4. Обязанности пользователя

Provide reliable information when registering and placing orders.
Check the correctness of links, quantity and parameters before sending an order.
Do not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation, the rights of third parties and the rules of external platforms.
Do not use the service for actions that may cause damage to the platform, partners or other users.
Timely monitor notifications and support responses in the personal account.

5. Права сервиса

Change the composition and parameters of services, interface and internal processes of the platform.
Restrict or suspend access to the account in case of violation of the rules.
Request additional information on disputed orders, returns and payment transactions.
Refuse to execute an order if its parameters violate service rules or legislation.
Update these Terms unilaterally without individual notice to each user.

6. Платежи и финансовые условия

The procedure for payment, returns, partial compensation and consideration of disputed payments is governed by the public offer and the rules of the service.

Payment for services is carried out cashlessly through connected payment methods. Payment information is processed by payment providers within their rules.

7. Ограничения и отказ от гарантий

The service is provided on an “as is” basis, taking into account technical limitations and policies of external platforms.

The user accepts risks associated with changes in algorithms, limits, moderation and other rules of social platforms.

The Administration does not guarantee continuous operation without technical pauses, external restrictions and force majeure circumstances.

8. Интеллектуальная собственность

The exclusive rights to the program code, design, structure and other elements of the SMMFlash platform belong to the right holder.

Copying, modification, decompilation, parsing and other unauthorized use of service materials is prohibited, unless otherwise expressly provided by law.

9. Приостановка и прекращение доступа

The user has the right to stop using the service at any time.

The Service has the right to suspend or terminate access to the account in case of violation of conditions, attempts of fraud, abuse of returns or other actions that threaten the security of the platform.
